Understanding people comes before any plan.
I don't see athletes, retirees or professionals first. I see individuals with different goals, different stories and different challenges. My role is to meet them where they are.
How I coach.
5 stages designed to change how you live. The Root & Summit Method below is the climb ahead.
Listen
Every person arrives with a different story, history and goal. We begin there, not with a template.
Assess
We evaluate movement, strength, mobility, habits and lifestyle, so the starting point is honest.
Build
Together we create a plan that fits your life, not someone else's.
Develop
Through consistent practice we improve strength, movement, resilience and confidence.
Sustain
The goal isn't a six-week transformation. It's habits and capabilities that last a lifetime.
Two phases. One climb.
First we establish the foundation. Then we expand what you are capable of. Every letter of the name is a stage of the work.
Root
Recognize
Who are you? Your goals, history, lifestyle, motivations, and what progress actually means to you.
Observe
Where are you now? We assess movement, strength, mobility, conditioning and habits.
Organize
Where are we going, and how? Priorities, structure, frequency, and the habits that support it.
Train
Build the foundation. Fundamental strength, movement quality, mobility and physical confidence.
Summit
Strengthen
Progress strength, endurance, mobility and coordination beyond the baseline.
Unlock
Challenges that reveal abilities you didn't think you had, and expand what you believe you can do.
Master
Technique, consistency and confidence through deliberate practice.
Mobilize
Apply it. Sport, work, everyday life, recreation, or a personal challenge.
Integrate
Training becomes part of life, with routines that adapt as circumstances change.
Transcend
You gain the knowledge and confidence to increasingly guide your own development.
The goal isn't a six-week transformation.
It is building habits and capabilities that last a lifetime, and a person who no longer needs a coach to keep climbing.
- Effort with intent. Measured, always.
- Progress you can see, week by week.
- No program sold before we've met.
Before you climb, you need roots.
